- Text changes, image swaps, adding new team members, updating pricing, new blog posts — anything that changes what's on the page. Development work (new features, layout changes) is billed separately at our hourly rate.

- Standard and Growth clients get a dedicated Slack channel. Basic clients submit via email. We acknowledge all requests within 4 business hours and complete most within one business day.
